Add products to your Shopping Cart

  1. Select quantity;
  2. Add to Shopping Cart;
  3. To view your Shopping Cart use the link in the top right corner of your screen.

Complete your purchase

  1. Select Checkout on the drop down shopping bag, or Shopping Cart and then Checkout;
  2. Fill in your delivery and payment details;
  3. Place Order to complete your purchase.

Getting your product(s)

  1. After you have Placed your Order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details.
  2. We will then proceed to pack and organise delivery for your products(s) from our warehouse in Sydney.
  3. Once your product is on its way to you, you'll then receive a second e-mail confirming your parcel has been dispatched and containing a tracking code.
  4. To get an idea of when your item should arrive check where we deliver.

Tips to Complete Checkout

Checkout consists of four sections: Your Details, Delivery Options, Payment Details and Review and Complete Order.

Here are some tips and pointers for each section.

Your Details

  • If you already have an account? Log in to fill in your details automatically.
  • No account? No problem. Create yours during Checkout.
  • Please specify your billing and delivery address.
  • We recommend an address that enables you to receive your item from us during weekday delivery hours such as a work address, if possible.

Payment Details

  • You can pay by credit card (Visa, MC) or PayPal
  • Save your credit card details to Checkout faster next time.

Delivery & Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. East coast deliverys should be delivered within 4 business days and regional areas within 8 business days. As we outsource our delivery occationaly there may be delays outside our control. If this occurs we will keep you upto date with tracking information. Occationally we may be out of stock of a particular item and might need to source from a supplier. If this occurs we will notify you immediatly with an eta. You will also have the option to change your product sellection or request a refund if this occurs.
